Zucchini Boat Pizzas 😍 Posted these maybe 2 weeks ago and made them again because we were such big fans 🤗 I’m so bad about finding a meal I love and making it weekly until I’m sick of it 😅 Luckily I don’t think I’ll be getting sick of these anytime soon 😉 - - They are a great meal prep option but they don’t last long enough normally for leftovers 😜 If you do have leftovers, I like to broil them again to get them crispy. Keeps them from getting soggy and tasting like gross leftovers. Paired with a big slice of sourdough with ghee on top 👌🏻 And a little salad for some greens 🙌🏻 Now time to watch bachelor in paradise 😎 Hope your week is off to a great start!
