Vegan & Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 These are perfect all the time but I made to make them heart shaped to be festive 💁🏼‍♀️ I dipped half in chocolate and added sprinkles which isn’t necessary but I recommend, it tastes so good! Happy Friday! ❤️

Instructions

Mix all of the cookie ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well. Roll out on some parchment paper. Use a cookie cutter to shape the cookies. Add to a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 14-15 minutes. Remove and let completely cool before removing from the sheet. For the chocolate layer: Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together for 30 seconds, stir, repeat until melted. Dip half the cookie in the chocolate. Add sprinkles (make sure to use vegan sprinkles if you’re trying to keep this recipe vegan). Add them to a plate lined with parchment paper (so they don’t stick) after you dip them in chocolate. Store in the fridge!
