Juicy chicken smashed onto tortillas, crispy edges, and topped with a crunchy Caesar salad. Quick, easy, and seriously addictive, using Primal Kitchen Foods Caesar dressing for bold flavor.
1. Make the chicken mixture: In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, ¼ cup Caesar dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
2. Smash onto tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas flat. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among them and spread a thin, even layer of chicken over one side of each tortilla, pressing it on firmly.
3. Cook the smash tacos: Heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place tortillas chicken-side down into the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes, pressing lightly, until the chicken is cooked through and nicely browned. Flip and cook the tortilla side for 1–2 minutes until lightly crispy. Remove from heat. Repeat with remaining oil and tacos.
4. Prepare the Caesar salad: In a large bowl, toss the chopped lettuce with ⅓ cup Caesar dressing. Add parmesan cheese and croutons and toss again to combine. Then chop all of the ingredients finer if you want!
5. Assemble & serve: Top each smash taco with the Caesar salad and drizzle with extra dressing. Serve immediately.
Optional tip: For extra flavor, finish with cracked black pepper or a squeeze of lemon over the salad before topping the tacos. 🌮🥗
