Strawberry Cashew Dip

Soak cashews for 1-2 hours in water, then rinse them and add to a food processor. Take the pits out of the dates if they have them, then chop the dates and strawberries. Combine all ingredients (cashews, dates, chopped strawberries, coconut oil, lemon extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut cream) into the food processor and pulse until the texture is perfect, which should take about 30 seconds. Add some liquid like almond milk to thin if you desire a thinner texture.
