Obsessing over these little bars of heaven. I’ve been on a s’mores kick recently, trying to use up my bag of marshmallows before they get stale. So that means an overload of s’mores desserts 🤷🏼♀️ I’m not mad about it because these are delicious and have the perfect melty center! - I originally made this in my cast iron skillet but today made them in a brownie pan so they’d be cookie bars and oh my gosh am I glad I decided to switch it up! The texture was even better and they held up more in the center. It’s gf but the marshmallows aren’t paleo so check to see if there are any paleo marshmallow options! Going to be rushing through dinner to get to one of these babies tonight 😉
