Pumpkin Chili

Turn your pressure cooker on to sauté. Add a little oil and brown 1 lb of ground beef with a little salt and pepper sprinkled on top. Sauté it until it’s browned. Then drain and remove. Add your veggies: onion diced and peppers diced. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the sauté function. Then you’ll add everything else: pumpkin, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, and spices. Stir it together well before locking on the lid and letting it cook on HI for 10 minutes. Let it sit 5 minutes then quick release.
