Basically a miniature pecan pie flavored cake topped with an easy little pecan topping. All the fall feels with this recipe (that isn’t pumpkin for once 😜) You can cook it in the microwave or cook it in the oven. I went the oven route but the best part about mug cakes is you can do either method! This wasn’t single serving for us, we split it because it’s pretty dense! But do whatever works for you! I think of of my favorite things to make are easy mug cakes because they’re just so simple and easy. Plus if you mess it up, it’s only a small amount haha.
