Paleo Pressure Cooker Chili

Turn your pressure cooker to sauté. Dice your peppers, onion, and cube the sweet potatoes. Add oil and sauté the peppers and sweet potato for 6 mins- lid on but not locked. Then add in onions, 1/2 packet chili seasoning, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, and sauté 2 more mins. Then add in ground beef and sauté until browned (5-7 mins). Last step: add in 28 ounce diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup bone broth, and the rest of the seasoning. Lock the lid and pressure cook 15 mins! Release the steam and serve with paleo Tortilla chips, avo, and whatever else you want!
