A healthier, paleo-friendly take on Reese's eggs, made into cute bunny shapes with only 4 ingredients: chocolate, coconut oil, almond butter, and maple syrup. Easy to make for any holiday!
In a bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until fully melted. Spray your baking pans (e.g., bunny-shaped molds) with nonstick spray. Add about 1/2 of the melted chocolate to the pans, filling each cup approximately 1/3 of the way up. Place in the freezer until the chocolate hardens. In another bowl, mix together the almond butter and maple syrup using a spoon until well combined. Once the chocolate is hardened, add the almond butter mixture on top, flattening it out with a knife to fill the cups. Then, pour the remaining melted chocolate on top. Freeze until you're ready to eat.
