Honey Garlic Salmon made with a simple sauce of coconut aminos, honey, chili powder, garlic, and pink Himalayan salt, pan-fried in avocado oil. Often served with cauliflower rice, broccoli, and sautéed spinach.
First, prepare the honey garlic sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey, 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt. Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 3 minutes on each side. Baste the salmon with the honey garlic sauce while cooking, or pour it over the cooked salmon. Serve immediately, optionally with broiled frozen cauliflower and broccoli (for 10 minutes) and sautéed spinach with red pepper flakes.
