Instructions

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup nut butter (cashew butter recommended), 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp coconut flour, and 1/4 cup maple syrup until all blended together. Take two pretzels and put the mixture in between them to make a little pretzel sandwich. Put the sandwiches in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil. Dip the pretzel sandwiches in the melted chocolate and put them back in the fridge for an hour until the chocolate hardens. You can drizzle with more nut butter if desired.
