Funfetti Donuts 🍩 #ad Gf, dairy free, paloeish (minus the sprinkles haha), and packed with collagen 👌🏻 Haven’t made a new donut recipe in forever and I’ve been craving these all week! Skipped my OTF class this morning just to make them, pretty good decision I think 😉 - - I love adding collagen into easy baked goods like this 🙌🏻 Added @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen which has the best vanilla flavor 😍 I always look for high quality, great tasting collagen and this one checks all the boxes. I run a lot so I’m always looking to keep my joints healthy and I think taking collagen helps support that. I take it daily in my coffee 👌🏻 And sneak it into treats like this when I get the chance 😎 Hope you guys have a great day! - - #breakfast details 👇🏻 Preheat oven to 350F Whisk 2 eggs then add in 1 cup almond flour 1 tbsp @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder Mix everything together then add in 1 tbsp of sprinkles. Add to a greased donut pan, filling about 3/4 of the way. Bake for 12ish minutes Icing: 1/4 cup coconut butter + 1/4 cup maple syrup melted for 15 seconds. You can do a little almond milk if you need to thin it out. Make right after you have the donuts in the oven so it has time to harden while the donuts bake! If it hardens too much just add a little milk and that helps 👌🏻 Let the donuts cool (you can put them in the fridge to speed up the process) then dip them in the icing. Add some sprinkles if you want! Then you can either eat then or let the icing harden. Makes 7-8 donuts. #choosingbalance #eatwell #foodies
