Fry Platter with Three Dipping Sauces
20 mins prepServes 4
An epic fry platter featuring both sweet potatoes and regular potatoes, served with three distinct dipping sauces: BBQ Mayo, Garlic Mayo, and Sriracha Mayo. The fries are baked and then broiled for a perfect crisp.
For the Fries: Cut the sweet potatoes and regular potatoes into your desired fry shape. In a bowl, coat the cut potatoes with 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for approximately 40 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned. For the last 2 minutes, broil the fries to achieve extra crispness.
For the BBQ Mayo: In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup Classic Mayo, 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, and 2 tablespoons spicy mustard. Mix well until smooth.
For the Garlic Mayo: In another small bowl, combine 1/4 cup Classic Mayo, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast. Mix well.
For the Sriracha Mayo: In a third small bowl, combine 1/4 cup Classic Mayo, 2 teaspoons sriracha, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Serve the hot fries immediately with the three dipping sauces on the side.
