Instructions

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Add your sliced bagels. Spread pizza sauce on all the bagels. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add pepperoni.

If freezing: place the sheet pan in the freezer for 30 minutes, until the bagels are frozen solid. Then transfer to a freezer ziploc bag with a slice of parchment paper in between each pizza bagel. I reused the parchment paper that had lined the pan!

Freeze for up to 3 months.

To cook from frozen: Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crispy.

To cook immediately without freezing: bake at 375F for 6-8 minutes.
