Instructions

Bake a sweet potato the day before (or a few days before for meal prep). To bake, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), bake for 45 minutes, then turn the oven off and bake for another 45 minutes to get it nice and soft. Once baked, mash the sweet potato. You can eat it cold or heat it up. Top the mashed sweet potato with Gr8nola coco cacao, 1/2 banana (topped with organic peanut butter, more granola, and cacao nibs), plain yogurt, and warmed blueberries (sprinkled with Primal Palate apple pie spice). Finish with some Square Organics cookie dough bar.
