Eli’s favorite simple oven-baked salmon recipe, coated in a flavorful, low-sugar BBQ sauce. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal, delicious on its own or paired with quinoa and sautéed zucchini.
1. Coat 1 salmon filet with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce.
2. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 425F.
4. Place the salmon in an 8x8 brownie pan (or similar small baking dish) so it can soak in the sauce.
5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Baking time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon.
6. (Optional, for leftovers) Reheat in a toaster oven.
