Easy Air Fryer Breakfast Wrap Hack

Heat a skillet over low medium heat. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add spices (turmeric, black pepper, sea salt recommended). Add to the pan and cook until they’re completely done, don't stir them. Add the cooked eggs to a tortilla. Cut into the eggs/tortilla on one side, halfway up. Add 4 sections of toppings (cheese, veggies, salsa, bacon, avocado, etc.). Fold together, one piece at a time. Air fry at 375F for 8 minutes. (Alternatively, pan fry if you don't have an air fryer).

Meal Prep Option: Wrap the uncooked tortilla with the eggs/fillings in it. Freeze for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to eat, microwave with a small mug of water in the microwave as well to prevent the tortilla from getting gross.
