Easiest Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownie Dessert

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to easily lift the brownies out later. (Greasing the pan is also an option, but parchment paper makes it easier to cut and remove).
2. Make the brownies according to the package instructions.
3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared brownie pan and bake according to package instructions.
4. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
5. When the brownies have cooled, arrange the strawberries evenly over the top. Take a fork or spoon and press them gently into the brownies to get them to mold a little easier.
6. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the strawberries, spreading it to cover the entire surface.
8. Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour to allow the chocolate to harden. Remove the brownies from the pan, slice, and enjoy! These are best enjoyed right away!
