Crockpot White Chicken Chili

Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot. Add everything else to the crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Remove the chicken and shred. Remove 1 cup of beans (it’s okay if you get some corn and peppers in there but try to get as much beans as you can). Add to blender and blend. Add the mixture back to the crockpot along with the chicken. Cook another 30 minutes as the soup thickens. Remove and serve! Top with sour cream, avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro, etc!
