Creamy Vegan Chocolate Chip Nice Cream 🍦 Made with only 5 ingredients! Sharing the key to getting super creamy nice cream and that’s blending it slow and taking breaks to stir. Don’t put it on setting for a smoothie or anything. I make mine in a vitamix so that also helps get the texture better!

Instructions

Add everything except the chocolate chips to the blender. Blend for about 1 minute, slowly increasing the speed. Stop and stir. Then repeat. Repeat until smooth. Then stir in the chocolate chips with a spatula or big spoon. You can either eat right then or put in the freezer to firm up a little bit. I put mine in the freezer for 30 minutes.
