Chocolate Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Before freezing, chop banana into small pieces. If using frozen avocado chunks, thaw 5 pieces. Chop dates into small pieces. Combine the frozen banana, avocado, unsweetened almond milk, chopped dates, unsweetened cocoa powder, and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed to thin the smoothie. For a colder, thicker consistency, place the smoothie in the freezer for 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl and top with chocolate chips, grain-free granola, and a drizzle of cashew butter.
