Chicken Sausage Skewers

Soak 12-15 skewers in water. Cut the onions and peppers into thick pieces. You don't want to dice them or they'll be too small for the skewers. Try and cut them all relatively the same size. Coat with 2 1/2 tbsp Simply Nature 100% Pure Avocado Oil in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix your spices. Add the spices to the veggies and mix them together, making sure to coat all of them well. Cut the Simply Nature Organic Chicken Sausages into about 6 pieces and add into the bowl with the veggies. Mix them in there. Add them veggies and chicken sausages onto the skewers, leaving a little room on each end to grab with tongs. Heat your grill over medium heat. Grease your grill if needed and then add the skewers on. Cook for 7-8 minutes, flip, cook for 7-8 more minutes. Remove and serve!
