This cheesy tortellini bake is a no-boil, one-pan miracle—loaded with Italian sausage, spinach, and melty mozzarella. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want comfort food without the chaos.
Heat the oven to 375℉ degrees. Grease a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish with oil. Add the cheese tortellini, sausage, spinach, marinara, and water to the casserole dish. Mix everything together. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake covered until the tortellini is cooked through, about 40 minutes. Remove the foil then stir in the Parmesan cheese. Add the mozzarella cheese on top. Put the dish back in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, just a few minutes. Remove and enjoy!
