Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

Cook 2 chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat in olive oil for 15 minutes total, flipping halfway through. Flatten the chicken before placing it in the skillet for quicker cooking and always check the internal temperature. Add the cooked chicken to a bowl and shred with two forks. Coat the shredded chicken with 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 cup hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt. Reheat the buffalo chicken and add it into a tortilla with mashed avocado, salsa, and dairy-free nacho cheese to make a quesadilla.
