BBQ Chicken Spaghetti Squash 😍 Took two of my favorite recipes and mixed them together 😎 This was the result and it was so so tasty 🙌🏻 Loaded with onions, cilantro, and bell peppers 😋 I am on a barbecue chicken kick and I’m not mad about it 😉 - I made barbecue chicken tacos and sweet potatoes last week so why not make spaghetti squash this week 😅 Figured I should switch it up from my sweet potato go to because at this point I’m 50% sweet potato 😂 Luckily I love spaghetti squash so it wasn’t too hard to switch it up 😉 I love spaghetti squash because they’re relatively inexpensive and you get soooo many leftovers! I love making spaghetti squash fritters with the leftovers 💯 (recipe on my blog). I’ve got leftover spaghetti squash + leftover bbq chicken so I’m all about this recipe 🙌🏻 Leftovers make everything better haha. Hope you had a great day!!
