Bacon Wrapped Maple Brussels Sprouts 🤤 Literally anything maple bacon is just 10/10 in my book. I remember putting syrup on my bacon when I was a kid and thinking I had made the best food combo ever lol. Turns out it’s even better with Brussels sprouts! This would be a fun thanksgiving side or appetizer! I highly recommend doubling this recipe though, they don’t last long 😉

Coat the brussel sprouts with olive oil then Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon in half lengthwise. This is important- you want them long and thin so they wrap around the brussel sprouts a lot because the bacon shrinks! Wrap around a brussel and secure with a toothpick (soak them for 10 mins beforehand). Bake for 15 mins at 400F. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and balsamic. Pour over the brussels. Bake for an additional 20-25 mins. That’s it! Super easy and SO tasty!!
