Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Tenders

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a small, shallow bowl, whisk your eggs. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, and onion powder. Dip your chicken tenders in the whisked egg, then dip them in the spice/flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Place the coated chicken tenders on a plate and set aside until all tenders are coated (approximately 8 tenders for 1 lb). Once the air fryer is preheated, add the chicken tenders in. Do not overcrowd; if necessary, cook in batches (e.g., 2 batches of 4 tenders). Bake for 12 minutes, flipping the chicken tenders halfway through cooking. When they are done, brush the cooked tenders with 1/4 cup of unsweetened BBQ sauce. Serve immediately, paired with additional BBQ sauce and warmed cashew queso dip, if desired.
