Air Fried Salmon with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Sautéed Kale
15 mins prepServes 1
A healthy and easy meal featuring perfectly air-fried salmon, garlic-seasoned roasted sweet potatoes, and sautéed kale with a paleo/whole30 Caesar dressing. This meal is Whole30 compliant if you omit the feta.
1. Preheat your air fryer to 390F (199C).
2. For the salmon: Season the salmon fillet with a little garlic, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper. Grease your air fryer pan if necessary, then add the salmon.
3. Air fry the salmon for 12-14 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness. The poster cooked theirs for 14 minutes until there was no pink.
4. For the sweet potato 'croutons': Coat the sweet potatoes with olive oil and garlic seasoning. Roast them at 425F (218C) for 25 minutes.
5. For the sautéed kale: Sauté the kale and then pair it with Primal Kitchen Foods Caesar dressing.
6. Assemble your meal by serving the air-fried salmon alongside the sautéed kale and roasted sweet potatoes. Top with feta cheese if desired (omit for Whole30).
