Air Fried Nuggets

1. In a shallow bowl, whisk your egg.
2. In another shallow bowl, add the almond flour and spices (sea salt, black pepper, and spice of choice like chipotle powder).
3. Cut the chicken breast into nugget-sized pieces.
4. Dip each chicken piece first in the whisked egg mixture, then in the flour mixture. Repeat for all nuggets.
5. Preheat your air fryer to 390F.
6. Add the coated chicken nuggets to your air fryer basket, using a little nonstick spray if needed to prevent sticking.
7. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip the nuggets and cook for 6 more minutes.
8. Always check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it's fully cooked.
9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like BBQ sauce and ketchup.
