Anyone else become obsessed when they get a new kitchen appliance?! I seriously have been testing out soooo many new things in my air fryer it’s ridiculous. I love how fast it cooks everything and gives it the perfect crunch! These balsamic brussels tasted like how I make them in the oven but instead of taking 45 mins to make, they took 15.

General Brussel Sprouts recipe: Cut 1 pound of Brussels and coat with 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar + sprinkle of salt and pepper (I used pink Himalayan salt).

To cook in the air fryer: Preheat it to 400F then add in the Brussels and cook for 15 mins, turning halfway through. Make sure you don’t overcrowd it depending on your air fryer size or it takes longer to cook!

Oven method: Preheat oven to 425F then bake for 40-45 minutes turning halfway through! That’s all for this simple veggie dish.
